In-Laws, so called the extended family of gal, equal to Parent, Part of ladies life... All these will suit only in taking thins from gals family. They knows all the rules in which things comes from gals family. But once it comes to give some gift at gals family then thr'll behave as if thr r fare away from all this formalities & traditions.

We say thr is no more Dowry system in present world, but the fact is simple that the way of taking dowry has been changed. The way world is getting smarter, same way all this process of taking also became smarter.

Whether you are graduate, post graduate, professional lady, smarter than guy ... Nothing matters, except money for that sick guys family. Wish I can make some change in this tradition & make all this Sick & Disgusting IN-LAWS realize what thr r doing.

Did U Dress Up Ur Resume Well???

Hi Guys, in my previous 4 blog I said about what DND is all about, about Personality, Life, Love. Now lets talk something about Career. Career is your Carrier. If can carry you to the Esteem position and if you wont understand it properly then it can carry from heights & through you down.

Most important in the Career is Knowledge. Without Knowledge, you cannot make your Career. Knowledge doesn't mean just getting Degree/ Certification but knowing the Know-How of it. Gaining knowledge wont be the only thing you need. You should also know how to express it in words.

Resume is the first impression you give to an Employers/ HR person. It is really important for you to write your resume in such away that not only project what you did but also how you did it & its outcome.

Few Point Which You have to understand before writing your RESUME

R : Reproduce ur work done till date
E : Examine few Resume to know the Format, Look & Feel
S : Script it on Paper/ Word Pad
U : Utter each & every word again and make required changes
M : Make ur friends, experienced read once to measure the weight-age of ur resume
E : Enrich with Boders, Fonts Design to Enlighten the Employer/ Recruiter in 1st attempt

Now that I have explained what is RESUME.

Resume should be in Simple, Decent & Professional Language
Grammatical mistakes cannot be entertained in it
Use Punctuation marks wherever necessary
Try to express your work point wise
Use simple bullet (Like the one I'm using now)
Sentences with bullet should not have full stop "." at the end of the sentence
Highlight the important WORDS in sentences
Give detailed profile and achievements of your current job
Give brief description of your previous job
Emphasize on all those work which are going to be a part of your next job search
Resume should have proper space adjustment
Font size of Heading should be Max. 14 whereas font size of side heading & content should be 12 & 11 respectively

Its a long list of things you should keep in mind. In simple words, the way you want to Dress up yourself to be Centre of Attraction in the same way you have to Dress up your Resume which should be Centre of Attraction.

Logically illogical :-)

Today, I have thought let me share sometimes
about being Illogical. Many people talk about being logical but ever thought of being Illogical??? Life should be a mixture of fun & facts.

One day I was sitting with my friends. Sudden I saw my watch & was surprise to see that its 9:00PM & i have to rush back home. I started searching my Car keys in my Purse. Due to panic inside my brain I was unable to see it. Unexpectedly one of my Friends said " Give a Missed Call To You Keys" All of sudden the environment turned funny& every one started Giggling loud. Panic moved out of my mind & I found my Keys which were in my hand [:)]. This made me think that sometimes illogical talks should happen to make your life lighter & energetic.

A wonderful saying by Lord Dunsany "Logic, like whiskey, loses its beneficial effect when taken in too large quantities." I truly agree with him. What about u? Do u think that too much of logic leads to nothing but frustration, confusion, irritation and ultimately become Ill-logical.

Chalo... Let me give you a small funny but eye opening illustration. Think Logically [;)]

Brandy + Water = Injurious To Kidney

Rum + Water = Injurious To Liver

Whisky + Water = Injurious to Heart

Gin + Water = Injurious to Brain

So Logically it says that WATER IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH as every Mix contain water but

LOGICALLY it became ILLOGICALLY

That’s why Albert Einstein said that "Logics will get you from A to B, Imagination will take you everywhere"

I will tell you one sweet story about a Gal Kash & a Guy Prince where you have to help Kash to overcome with her problem.

Calm Prince always finds Logic for everything. He says that every point should have Logic in it else it is senseless whereas Talkative Kash believes in Feeling, Love, Fun & Doing things mixing Common Sense & Imaginations with emotions ka Tadka.We have learnt about "Opposite Attracts" in our childhood. Same thing happen with them too. Both got attracted & got married. Even when Kash have Love Feeling, Prince needs Logic [:D]. One day when Kash

comes close to Prince to give a Love filled Kiss, suddenly Prince stops her & ask Why our Nose is not hitting each other when we r trying to Kiss. {LOGIC [X]) She always try to explain Prince "Better To Be Without Logic Than Without Feelings". Even her explanation looks illogical to Prince. Now, when Kash Laughs, Prince ask for logic, Kash Cry, needs Logic (reason)

Today, I wanted to share few of the queries which runs in my Brain every now & then. I'm sure most of you guys might have seen RAB NE BANADI JODI. Long bank... Many Times.... I know ur answers will be in the same manner. i have also seen that in the 1st week of its launch. At that time i was single. Now after getting married I have seen the same movie again. It was fun watching before & same now as well. But lots of difference.

See Tanni Ji & Surendar and the other Jodi Tanni Partner & Raj Partner. Though both the jodi is made of same to people but with lots of difference. In same way life will also make your life different. Tanni Ji was lucky that She got Raj partner - Her Love as Surender and Raj was one & the same. But in reality If you have Raj ( A guy who is Macho, Smart, Fun Loving, Who give you lots of Surprises, Always try to make you be happy and most Important Expressive) in life & suddenly get married to Surendar ( A guy who wear Formals with sports shoe, simple guy, non expressive, calm,non-talk, search for logic in everything he do) how u 'll manage?

Its all Confusing... Rt? i know, thats what the life is :-)

Well... Let me tell you something about Do n Donts to make Tanni Ji life as Tanni partner life. Few points in these movies really help you. See it again n again and u'll find it. Its true that Gals need just need true love on right time at right place & right way. You just give lots of love to her (without any bad intentions) and she'll be all yours. She believes in expressing her emotions & love and expect the same from her partner. If you love her, express her. Small Small Happiness in life will make your life a wonderful place to live in.

Gals expect a lot... alot.Thats what everyone says. But did anyone thought why she expects??? why cant she expect???

In India, ladies are still seen as a Sacrificing Machine. Though the custom of Sati is no more but she is made to suffer in the same way. One small truth to support my statement: Gal's earning are considered as secondary earning for family. Always it will be projected that the Guys are made to work and earn whereas Gals are made to look after family before anything else. Do let me know if any one can answer it. People says that Marriage means COMPROMISE. May be thats true... But why it has been made as a one way COMPROMISE. Everyone says that both do it equally. Is It..??? Is that true...??? Well... Lets see

I'm t neither from small place nor even illiterate , I'm well educated and belong to a big city & educated family. Still I'm seeing all this Happening in every next door. Ask all newly Wed Ladies how she is feeling after getting married? Y I'm saying newly Wed... Coz all other ladies has compromised and accepted the life in the way it was projected by her in-laws/ husband.

Y we r saying RAB NE BANADI JODI... Rab cannot be so partial...

I have a question for all readers... KIS NE BANADI JODI???

If you dont have answer then

DO: Marry only if you have a good reason to get married. If you are comfortable with every (atleast 80%) aspect if it.

DONT: Dont marry just for your parents sake. Never say that Mom/ Dad asked me to get married so I married you. Think 20 times before getting into this type of relationship as its Matter of two life and many more life which are attached with you both.

Hello Buddy, I know I'm posting my very next Blog too late. Thats what life is all about. U'll get time for everything but not for our ownself.
Well... Today i wanted to tell you something about body language. See, after having so many languages in India, we still have one more language which we carry in ourself knowingly or unknowingly "Body Language". This Language can make or break your image. People hardly shows interest in working on it but guys let me tell you one thing... U have to give special importance to it.

Ok... Let me come to few points which you can work on, If you want to add more points please feel free to add up as a comment. Body Language is not just about how you are moving your hands, how confidently you are shaking your hands with the client/ Peers, angle of ur head, nose, lips .... I consider many more things which carries lots of weightage. Key ingredient for Body Language. Check Out:

Way of Dress: My mom always taught me " U give respect to your cloths & cloths will give respect to you". Must b thinking how can cloths give respect. Its simple, U keep ur cloths nicely, iron it, starch it (if required), fold it and keep it properly (Respect your Cloths) rather than handing it on hook or leaving it like bunch of cloths. And in return U will look Smart, dignified, Handsome, Managed White Collar person (Cloths has given u all this). Dressing do matter a lot, Like Jeans & Tee Shirts look good for causal meet, Pant & Shirt for function/ formal meets & Blazer for events where you are one of the organizers/ Chief Guest/ VIP.
One more thing which i have noticed in guys is, thr feel that if the shirt is spoiled from collar then its not really matter as its not visible. Buddy, dont forget that we frequently address pupil as White Collar/ Blue Collar person. Y White Collar??? Y not White Sleves, White Pocket or White Shirt??? Dear Collar shows ur identity. Reject the shirts which r torn from collar side.
"Sports shoes with formal Dress looks good only on Surender (Shah Rukh Khan) of RAB NE BANA DI JODI. Please dont try in reality."

Way of Talking: Talking is different from arguing like the way Group Discussion is different from Debate. Never try to show that you are superior. Wheather its Professional matter or personal matter, try to talk in the such a way that the other person should not b hurted. Communication should b Soft, Sweet & Pleasing. Never end up your discussion in between. Sometimes talks without logic also looks good. So always keep that space. Always logics can make your life Dry and much more sucking for your partner.

Way of Listening: Person has to understand what exactly the person on other end is trying to explain you. Have a quality of empathy. Never leave the discussion in between saying "Its waste telling you". Dear wheather u say that or not, if u leave the discussion in between that can be the worst thing you can do. For example, usually after Marriage, gals has to face lots of changes in life. Try to understand her, understand that she left her home, Parents, Career, Friends, everything and came to you. Give her some time, listen to her talks, understand her problems. Guys, believe me, If you can really give that she will be all yours.

Way of Gesture & Posture: Never move your hands too much. It looks Kiddish. Being Kiddish looks good rarely. Never keep Kiddish quality inside you forever. U have to get matured and have to behave as per ur age. See the crowd and try to get tune to it. Enjoy Jokes & Express shock when u listen to a tragic. Never do the other way round. U will be then projected as a Stupid in public. Correct Gesture & Posture is really Important.

Way Of Eating: Is thr a Way2Eat also??? must b thinking that... Right??? Yes, way of eating is most important. I saw people licking the spoon, plate , fingures after completion of food. we really dont realize that we r licking the fingures, few feel that thr'll do only at home but buddy if u r doing at home then unkonwingly u'll start doing outside also.
One more thing, making sounds while having Tea/ Coffee/ Milk... may make your drink more tasty but it will make your companion embarrass. Haan, never eat more than your tummy requires. After all its ur tummy & not dustbin

Way of Walking: Walking... Most important. Never hold ur paint & walk. If paint is too long, alter it. Alter doesnt mean that u wear it like Riksha Wala either. If you are with group of people then kindly try to walk along with them. A smile face while walking, talking can make the way much more beautiful.

These are few point I felt i should share with you all. Dear, everyone knows about it but we are not able to make it a part of our practical life. Lets try doing all these & I'm sure thr'll b lots of positive changes in our body language.

Hi Friends,
I can share my Name & small Fame (within myself) I carry with myself but then I thought let me have my new name with newer fame. I prefer selecting my name as Shashi (Which My Dad Wanted to Call me but I got a Name which my Mom love to keep).

Here a Common person "Shashi" will try to share the Dos & Donts of Life which she has learnt in 28 Years of her life . I know life has a lot to learn... but very short life to make friends. I know many people can find his/her own story in my life story. I will surely try to share my life story along with Experience & things I have learnt.

Do & Donts is about: Anything you want me to share, I want myself to share with you, We both feel that it should be kept in fornt of people of this world. I will try to cover all parts of life in it inculding Marriage, Career.

My inspiration behind Blogging is one of my Sweet Friend who knows everything about me. Who was always with me in my thicks & thins.

Friends, I would try to post DoNDonts (DND) on a regular basis an would appreicate your comments on the same. This is a small try from my end to solve the queries with everyone will have at some point of time. At that time we just hunt for answer to solve the KASH-MA-KASH of brain.
